Scott Frank, PA-C
Scott is a certified Physician Assistant with Dr. Hadfield’s team. He has been working with Dr. Hadfield since 2011. He helps provide care for our patients in clinic and assists Dr. Hadfield in surgery.
Scott is originally from Michigan, but grew up in northern Virginia. He received his Bachelor’s degree at VCU and earned his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at JMU.
Scott has participated in many different sports and continues to remain active in various athletics.
Jennifer La Clair
Jennifer works with Dr. Hadfield as his medical assistant. Jennifer began working with OrthoVirginia in 1993 and she has been with Dr. Hadfield since he began his practice in 2006. She is originally from upstate New York and has been a resident of Richmond, VA since 1992. She is married with 2 young boys. When not at work, she spends her time going between the soccer field and the ice rink where her boys are involved with the local hockey team. Jennifer is a vital part of our team and is a valuable resource to our patients.
Kara Lero
Kara works as a medical secretary. She has been working with Dr. Hadfield’s team since 2011. She supports the physician staff during clinical appointments and is available for patient questions and concerns. Kara, her husband, and two boys have enjoyed living in Virginia since their move from Alabama in 2011.
